Loomant is a job and customer management platform for print shops. We are operated by Loomant ("we", "our", "us"). If you have questions about this policy, contact us at hellothreadlogic@gmail.com.
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, company name, and any job or customer data you enter into the platform. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.
We use your data solely to provide and improve the Loomant service — to manage your print shop jobs, customers, and workflows. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure in the EU. We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address to create or access your account. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, or any other Google services without explicit permission.
We use cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences (such as language). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
You can request to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing us at hellothreadlogic@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date.
