Loomant is a web-based job and customer management platform designed for print shops. We provide tools to manage orders, customers, production tracking, and invoicing.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others.
You agree to use Loomant only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to store illegal content, harass others, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
You own the data you enter into Loomant. We do not claim ownership of your customer data, job data, or any other content you create. You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting us.
We aim to keep Loomant available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime.
Loomant is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Loomant after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
